place was very clean, large tvs in two bedrooms and living room. Plenty space for multiple people to sit together in living room. iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, huge kitchen well stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices. large refrigerator. less then 15 minutes from Peacock Ridge venue. quiet neighborhood with a pizza and wing bar within walking distance

At first it look like a shady location but was very safe and quite neighborhood and great location to everything.

Check-in instructions were great. The place was nice and roomy. A lot better than expected at a great price. We had a great time overall, nice to have a comfortable place to come to after a long day out.
